Key responsibilities include: Developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote the groups luxury lodges Overseeing digital marketing, social media, content creation, and email marketing campaigns Managing PR initiatives, media relations, and influencer partnerships Monitoring and analyzing marketing performance metrics to optimize campaigns Leading a team of marketing professionals and collaborating with other departments (sales, operations, etc.) Managing budgets and ensuring the efficient allocation of marketing resources Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a management role, preferably within the luxury hospitality sector Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, strategies, and analytics Proven experience in brand development and multi-channel marketing Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment A passion for the hospitality industry and delivering exceptional customer experiences Knowledge of the latest marketing trends and technologies
