Education:

Experience:
- MinimumÂ 5Â yearsâÂ experienceÂ inÂ aÂ ProductionÂ ManagerÂ roleÂ inÂ theÂ manufacturingÂ industry.
Competencies:
- Knowledge:
  - UnderstandingÂ ofÂ PlasticÂ Manufacturing.
  - Competence in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

Responsibilities:Â
1.Â ProductionÂ Coordination

ImplementÂ productionÂ schedulesÂ toÂ meetÂ customerÂ demands.
CoordinateÂ activitiesÂ withÂ otherÂ departments.
Allocate resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to maximise efficiency.
MonitorÂ processesÂ andÂ workflow,Â adjustingÂ schedulesÂ asÂ necessary.
IdentifyÂ areasÂ forÂ improvementÂ andÂ costÂ reduction.
ConductÂ rootÂ causeÂ analysisÂ ofÂ productionÂ issuesÂ andÂ implementÂ correctiveÂ actions.
Implement inventory control measures to minimise waste.
EnsureÂ complianceÂ withÂ industryÂ standards,Â regulations,Â andÂ safetyÂ protocols.
MaintainÂ accurateÂ productionÂ recordsÂ andÂ documentation.
