Our client is seeking an Executive Assistant with a minimum of 2 years of experience, ideally within the financial services or insurance industry. This full-time, office-based role in Cape Town requires an organised and proactive individual with strong interpersonal skills to effectively support senior executives. Responsibilities:
- Support senior executives in their daily operations.
- Manage schedules, appointments, and correspondence.
- Assist with project management and administrative tasks.
- Organize meetings and prepare necessary documentation.
- Maintain office supplies and coordinate with vendors.
Minimum Requirements:
- Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in a junior executive assistant or similar role, ideally supporting executives or senior management.
- Experience with IFA points administration.
- Background in client services, operations, and marketing administration.
- Proficiency in office management.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and virtual meeting platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
