Identify and resolve complex technical issues to ensure optimal application performance, scalability, and responsiveness. Keep up-to-date with the latest trends in front-end development, sharing new knowledge and best practices with the team. Qualifications and Experience: Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Minimum of 5 years of experience in front-end development with a strong focus on modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js). Proven experience in a leadership or senior role, with the ability to mentor and guide other developers. Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and related front-end technologies. Experience with responsive design and mobile-first development. Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and Agile development methodologies. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Preferred Skills: Experience with state management libraries such as Redux or Vuex. Knowledge of back-end technologies and API development. Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices. Familiarity with testing frameworks and tools (e.g., Jest, Cypress). Experience with modern front-end frameworks and libraries such as Tailwind CSS or Material UI (MUI).
