Key Responsibilities: - Full function accounting, including managing and processing financial transactions
- Preparation and reconciliation of the general ledger
- Managing PAYE and VAT compliance
- Handling journal entries and ensuring accuracy of financial data
- Preparing and analyzing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Assisting with internal and external audits
- Ensuring compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and regulations
Requirements: - BCom in Accounting
- Proven experience in a similar accounting role, with full function accounting responsibilities
- Strong understanding of PAYE, VAT, and general accounting practices
- Proficiency in financial reporting, reconciliations, and general ledger management
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
