Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
- Relevant certifications in FMCG operations, manufacturing, or project management would be an advantage.
- 2-5 years of experience in the FMCG sector, ideally in manufacturing, supply chain, or wholesale distribution.
- Proven track record in managing production operations or leading teams in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience in sourcing materials, managing supplier relationships, and overseeing cost control
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Negotiation skills for supplier contracts and client deals.
Key Responsibilities: To oversee the entire manufacturing and wholesale operation, including production planning, procurement, sales, and logistics.
