Warranty Clerk

Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Warranty Clerk to join a well-established automotive brand in Johannesburg . The successful candidate will be responsible for handling all warranty-related administrative tasks efficiently and accurately.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process warranty claims and ensure that all required documentation is submitted correctly.
- Liaise with manufacturers, suppliers, and service departments to resolve warranty-related issues.
- Maintain accurate records of all warranty claims and related customer information.
- Monitor warranty claim progress and follow up to ensure timely resolutions.
- Review and validate warranty claims, ensuring compliance with company policies and manufacturer guidelines.
- Assist with any warranty-related inquiries from customers or internal staff.
- Ensure warranty claim payments are processed promptly and accurately.
- Provide regular reports on warranty claims and related matters to management.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Warranty Clerk in the automotive industry is essential.
- Strong administrative and organizational skills with high attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of automotive warranty processes and systems is beneficial.
- Computer literacy with experience in relevant software systems.
- Grade 12 qualification is required.
