Our client is looking for a Mandarin speaking Candidate Attorney (Contracts) in Cape Town to assist with Healthcare Consultant and Patient Contracting.
This role demands strong administrative capabilities and proficiency with technology used in the life sciences industry. The Mandarin speaking Candidate Attorney (Contracts) will manage client initiatives and compliance through contract management, ensuring accurate data exchange between authorized sources and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, adept at meeting deadlines, and capable of handling multiple complex engagements simultaneously.
Your key job responsibilities as the Mandarin speaking Candidate Attorney (Contracts) in Cape Town will include:
- Act as the primary contact for clients, overseeing project initiation, status updates, reporting, and escalation.
- Delegate responsibilities to the Administrator/Processor based on the prioritization of Health Care Professional (HCP) and Patient contracting workload and project timelines.
- Handle Tiering/Fair-Market-Value requests from the client.
- Facilitate the review and redlining of contracts and/or employer consent.
- Manage invoicing and collection of out-of-pocket documentation when necessary.
- Ensure accurate data and document exchange between sources, systems, and stakeholders.
- Provide follow-up with stakeholders and customers as needed.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer and client information.
Requirements for this Mandarin speaking Candidate Attorney (Contracts) job in Cape Town :
- Fluent in Mandarin and English.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience, such as paralegal or legal secretary.
- Proficient in using technology software and platforms (e.g., Word, SAP).
