We are looking for a dynamic Change Manager to join our client's team, where you'll play a pivotal role in developing and implementing strategic change management initiatives across a range of projects. This is an exciting opportunity to influence change, build strong stakeholder relationships, and ensure the seamless adoption of new ways of working.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver change management strategies aligned with the company's approach.
- Create detailed communication plans, stakeholder analysis, and management plans.
- Lead the development of risk registers and progress reports to track change outcomes.
- Drive collaboration with the systems training team and HR change management where applicable.
- Conduct assessments to evaluate impact, readiness, and adoption of changes.
- Manage client relationships and provide strategic input to ensure successful outcomes.
- Ensure the adoption of new behaviours to realise the benefits of change.
Requirements:
- B Degree in Human Sciences, Business, or a related field (NQF level 7 or equivalent).
- 3-5 years of experience in change management, delivering impactful change strategies.
- Strong experience in developing project change management deliverables (e.g., communication plans, stakeholder management).
- Ability to manage projects effectively and deliver within scope, on time, and within budget.
- Agile exposure and experience working in a programme or project environment will be a plus.
