Exhilarate is seeking dynamic and driven insurance agents to join our team in Amanzimtoti, Durban. If you have a passion for sales and a background in insurance or call centre operations, we want to hear from you!
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Engage potential clients through outbound calls to promote and sell our insurance products.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to clients during the sales process.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to improve product knowledge and sales techniques.
Experience and Qualifications:
- Matric or NQF Level 4 certification (mandatory).
- South African ID (mandatory).
- Previous experience in selling insurance or working in a call centre (non-negotiable).
- Excellent communication skills and a persuasive telephone manner.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed in sales.
- Must be able to travel to our Amanzimtoti branch daily.
