Human Resources Coordinator
We are looking for an experienced HR Coordinator for a 12-month contract, preferably with banking experience.
Job Responsibilities
- Providing guidance to managers and employees on HR-related administrative matters.
- Preparing HR reports and acting as a trusted support pillar to enhance excellent employee experience.
- Coordinating the recruitment process and liaising with the Talent Sourcing Specialists.
- Contributing to cost efficiencies through responsible utilisation of work-related resources.
- Building and maintaining stakeholder relationships.
- Delivering customer service through adherence to quality service standards.
- Providing an administration service that meets time and quality standards, including reporting and updating of all relevant information.
- Reporting on transactional and process activities within set guidelines to provide timely information for decision making.
- Complying with relevant statutory, legislative, policy and governance requirements and adhering to processes and procedures related to area of specialization.
- Ensuring operational excellence through the delivery of work processes according to defined quality standards.
- Achieving sales and new client acquisition targets to contribute to profit and growth of business.
- Optimising work through the application of learning experiences.
- Providing support to business or HRBP through the provision of relevant process documentation to effectively manage turnaround times and drive project implementation.
- Identifying and utilising opportunities to assess and improve own performance.
- Contributing to teamwork and inclusivity within own team.
