Shape Our Global Social Media Presence!
Are you a Social Media virtuoso with a passion for crafting compelling content and driving engagement across social platforms? We are seeking a talented Social Media Manager to lead our social media strategy and take our online presence to new heights!
You will work with corporate and regional communication team members to tell our stories on social channels, and also with external partners such as social agencies and paid media partners.
Your missions:
- Spearhead our social media and digital advertising strategies
- Create captivating content for multiple platforms (LinkedIn, YouTube, X, Facebook, Instagram)
- Manage daily social media operations and community engagement
- Create the monthly and quarterly digital content plans
- Develop and execute paid digital media campaigns
- Set KPIs, monitor and measure the success of paid and organic digital campaigns, providing detailed reports on performance and suggesting improvements
- Collaborate with influencers and brand ambassadors
- Analyze metrics and optimize performance across all channels
Your profile:
- Degree in Communications, Digital Media, or Marketing
- A senior profile: 7+ years of experience in digital communications and social media management
- Relevant experiences with major social media platforms and marketing tools
- Experiences in a global environment
- Expertise in digital marketing tools, analytics, and SEO
- Creative flair for content creation and storytelling
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making abilities
- Excellent project management and multitasking capabilities
- Fluent English (Chinese, Portuguese, or Spanish are a plus!)
- Tools you master: MS Office, SharePoint, Hootsuite, LinkedIn, YouTube, Meta, X, WordPress, GA4, Google AdWords, SEO, SEA, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma and Canva
