Job Description
To provide efficient and effective administration support.
Responsibilities
- Cultivate and manage objective working relationships with a variety of stakeholders, including clients, product providers and team, mid-office, Ashburton etc.
- Comply with relevant statutory, legislative, policy and governance requirements and adhere to processes and procedures related to area of specialization.
- Produce high quality work by adhering to predefined standards and procedures and in accordance with compliance and governance standards.
- Effectively plan and schedule activities to continuously improve quality and service delivery.
- Provide an administration service that meets time and quality standards and includes reporting and updating of all relevant information.
- Demonstrate teamwork as a valued team player.
Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum Qualification - Grade 12 or relevant NQF 4.
- Preferred Qualification - Bachelor of Commerce or Business Science.
- Experience - 2 to 3 years' experience in a similar environment, of which 1 to 2 years ideally at a junior specialist level.
