Your Mission:
We are currently seeking an Executive Assistant who will provide comprehensive administrative support to the VP of Channel Sales & Marketing and the Channels teams, ensuring effective management of their schedules, communications, and projects. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, professionalism, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Your Role:
- Calendar Management: Efficiently organize and manage the executive's schedule, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Communication Coordination: Acting as a liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders, managing correspondence, and ensuring timely responses.
- Document Preparation: Creating and editing reports, presentations, and other documents to ensure they are accurate and professional.
- Meeting Support: Organizing meetings, preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
- Project Management: Assisting with project coordination, tracking deadlines, and maintaining project documentation.
- Confidentiality Maintenance: Handling sensitive information with discretion and ensuring confidentiality in all communications.
- Expense Management: Tracking and processing expenses, preparing expense reports, and managing budgets as required.
- Office Management: Ensuring the executive's office runs smoothly, including managing supplies and equipment.
- Event Coordination: Planning and organizing events or meetings, including logistics and materials preparation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role, preferably in a multinational organization.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of professionalism and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Agility and adaptability.
- Natural team player and open to support across different lines of Business when required.
