Freelance Recruiter
At Domestic Support, we offer a complete, full circle HR solution to employers of domestic staff. Our expertise in HR, gained from years of experience within the South African context, coupled with the passion of our Founder for labour law and compliance, differentiates us from our competitors. Established in 2017, we build lasting relationships with our clients. With a solid presence in South Africa and the communities we operate in, we want to help domestic staff gain rightful employment. Furthermore, we assist them in preparing a CV and preparing for interviews.
In order to achieve our goal of giving back, we are looking to hire a Freelance Recruiter who shares our passion for the people of South Africa and wants to help match quality domestic staff with employment opportunities. In doing so, we will touch the lives of families!
If you are an experienced recruiter or a recruiter with capacity, coupled with knowledge of HR practices, a planner, and a person who gets things done while wanting to see a business grow, this might be the role for you.
Responsibilities:
- Build a talent pipeline.
- Prepare candidates in our ATS (Zoho Recruit) for submission to clients when the need arises.
- Conduct reference checks.
- Interview candidates.
- Obtain all relevant documents from candidates.
- Arrange interviews with candidates.
Requirements
Experience and skills required:
- Have your own home office, with unlimited WiFi, a laptop, and a smartphone.
- Available to work daily in this position.
- Experienced recruiter in hiring processes, job specifications, advertising, screening candidates, reference checks, candidate submission, placement, and follow-up.
- Experience using Zoho Recruit will be an advantage.
- Solid organizational skills.
- Customer-centric approach.
- Ability to build a talent pipeline.
- Ability to communicate effectively with domestic staff from different backgrounds.
