A top group company has an outstanding opportunity available for a numerically strong and detail-orientated Administrator with experience in Finance, Payroll Admin & Operations Admin in the Dispatch or Manufacturing industries.
Experience Required:
- Processing and administration of Cash and Customer Sales (quotes, orders, and invoices) on ERP
- Manage and process all sundry invoices on ERP
- Compile supporting documentation for credit request
- Process payments received at site on Speedpoint device
- Provide daily cash-up recon to the Bookkeeper
- Manage, control, and record site utility readings and administration thereof in liaison with Business Unit Manager and Finance
- Manage time and attendance reports
- Prepare timesheets with formulas
- Liaise with WEBSS Impersonator regarding Leave Entries
- Liaise with Site Operator regarding their subordinates’ hours, investigate discrepancies where necessary
- Sign off hours with Business Unit Manager
- Send consolidated timesheet to the payroll administrator
- Print, fold, and distribute the payslips to staff
Requirements:
- Grade 12 / Matric
- Finance / Payroll Diploma Advantageous
- 2 – 3 years’ experience with similar duties
- 2 – 3 years’ experience with MS Office and ERP system a necessity
- Manufacturing / Dispatch industry advantageous
- Valid Driver’s Licence – code 08
- Must be able to do standby duties
- Must be open to flexible hours as & when required
- Must be medically fit – able to pass occupational medical test
