Are you someone who can:
- Develop channel sales strategy
- Be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing non-traditional sales and distribution channels that enhance our company’s reach and revenue streams.
- Identify and establish relationships with key partners and stakeholders in alternative channels.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with new partners, ensuring favorable terms that align with company objectives.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with internal and external parties to support the sales strategy.
- Continuously explore and test new channels, methods, and technologies that could benefit the business.
- Manage the growth of alternative channels and overall contribution to sales targets.
- Develop and manage the budget for alternative channels, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
- Track, control and influence sales activities with the specific aim to achieve previously determined sales team targets.
- Influence net profit growth for business.
- Plan and execute campaigns successfully and on schedule.
- Monitor costs / benefits per channel.
- Maintain operational accountability for all campaign execution.
- Improve business decisions by providing accurate and reliable business intelligence (information) together with analyzing trends and data.
You will be an ideal candidate if you:
- Min 5 years of experience in sales, business development, or channel management, with a focus on alternative channels.
- Must have a Post-grad degree.
- RE5 is a nice to have.
- You must be numerically and analytically strong.
- Strong business acumen.
- You must be able to manage stakeholders at all levels and have strong relationship management skills.
- Insurance and Investment experience is advantageous.
Skills required:
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a dynamic environment.
