Business Segment: Personal & Private Banking
To coach and manage bankers to deepen bank-client relationships and entrenchment of existing clients by achieving client experience, product, and balance sheet targets. Responsible for the aggregated banker performance KPIs, including financial targets and achieving the desired sales. Responsible for driving execution against campaigns and engagement strategy. Manage Relationship and Portfolio Management to ensure segment growth and retention.

Experience Required:
Client Coverage: Personal and Private Banking
Experience: 5-7 years
Proven successful sales track record in the financial services industry. Advanced product knowledge including specialised products and financial structures. Advanced experience and knowledge in credit and compliance matters. Negotiating skills and conflict handling. Experience in the application of coaching techniques would be beneficial, as part of having led a team and working with private banking clients.
