MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Agricultural Diploma / Degree or relevant qualification
- FAGASA advantageous
- Min. 5 previous years Game farm management experience
- Must be honest, driven, organised & practically minded
- Must be able to work well with people
- Computer literate
- Basic tractor and farm machinery know-how
- Strong proven management skills
- Mechanically and maintenance orientated
- Valid drivers license
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED:
- Responsible for all aspects of the farm.
- Management of the land (including roads, fencing), the animals (managing population sizes, animal welfare), the accommodation (ensuring the offering continues to meet a high standard), managing operational staff.
