We are developing a program that upskills talented AI enthusiasts into becoming Machine Learning Engineers. During this program, participants will get practical experience on a wide array of problems by spending 4 days a week working on consulting projects at a client, and 1 day a week going through intense technical training and personal development.
Position
Junior Machine Learning Engineer
What you will learn and get exposure to:

What we’re looking for in candidates
- Less than 1-year of practical experience in a data science or data analyst role
- Experience programming in Python
- Enthusiastic about AI, machine learning, and software development
- South African citizen or South African working permit
- Full-time availability and willingness to travel to clients
Nice-to-haves
- BSc, MSc, or Ph.D. in computer science, statistics, or a similar field.
- Proficiency in building applications and machine learning models in Python.
- Experience working with container architectures such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience deploying applications to any of the three big hyperscalers: AWS, GCP, and Azure.
- Experience with relational and NoSQL databases.
Notes
