Key Responsibilities

- Deliver Results: Hit and exceed annual customer retention and renewal revenue targets by leveraging seamless collaboration across internal teams, customers, and Sage Business Partners.

- Ensure Stellar Support: Address partner and customer queries promptly via digital channels, ensuring satisfaction at every touchpoint.
- Boost Performance: Deliver exceptional revenue outcomes in line with budgetary expectations and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Partner Power: Build strong alliances with Sage Business Partners to coordinate 90-day renewal planning and maximize collaboration.
- Sales Synergy: Work closely with sales teams to provide insights, flag growth opportunities, and unlock incremental revenue streams.
- Drive Excellence: Influence and align with multiple business lines to resolve escalated issues swiftly, adding value at every turn.
- Forecast with Confidence: Provide accurate, timely reporting on monthly, quarterly, and annual performance, highlighting risks and opportunities.
- Be a Cloud Champion: Support Sage’s cloud migration strategy, ensuring customers are excited and prepared for the future.
