Research Insights and Analytics Manager
To support and contribute to the overall advancement of strategic Brand, Marketing and Client insights, by providing value added business insights, recommendations and strategic input derived from in-depth data analysis, as well as conducting and analysing high quality, appropriate and cost-efficient marketing research.
Key Responsibilities
- Data Analysis and Insights Generation: Synthesizes data from multiple sources to address complex business questions.
- Ensuring data is analysed into meaningful, actionable insights and recommendations that will improve decision making and help drive business performance.
- The ability to demonstrate strong logic and to explain complex analysis in an easy to understand way telling a story rather than providing a data dump.
- Data extraction, manipulation and analysis of customer and other data using analytical and data mining tools, to identify trends and draw insight.
- Present fit-for-purpose, actionable results, and recommendations to various audiences.
- Brand performance evaluation and scorecard development, presenting back to the team with recommendations to ensure we maintain and build our brand and capabilities.
