Requirements:
- BSc/MSc Property Studies
- BSc/MSc Town/Regional/City Planning
- Previous experience in construction advantageous

About:
Assist in the planning of developments, including costings, design, research and professional coordination to ensure alignment with market & business requirements.
- Coordinate various stakeholders (architects, quantity surveyors, brokers, engineers) to facilitate efficient project progression prior to the launch of new developments.
- Map processes from start to finish to support the long-term management of complex projects.
- Create and manage project briefs and timelines.
- Prepare sales collateral (sales plans, spec sheets, building details).
- Ensure adherence to legal documentation requirements, demonstrating effective preparation for meetings and discussions.
Research:
- Plan and execute research initiatives in line with business objectives to identify and capitalise on development opportunities.
- Identify credible data and information sources.
- Collect, store, organise, and process data effectively.
- Summarise information in easily consumable formats, such as presentations with graphs, tables, charts, and graphics.
Development Administration:
- Ensure all necessary certificates and documentation are in place for development projects, maintaining organised records and compliance with relevant regulations.
- Oversee the registration of developments with the NHBRC, managing relationships with town planners and ensuring adherence to municipal regulations.
- Coordinate practical completion and occupancy processes, utilising strong organisational skills to effectively manage project timelines.
- Embody a culture of preparation, proactive planning and action.
- Regularly review and optimise systems and processes related to development administration.
- Identify areas for improvement, focusing on enhancing research efficiency and leveraging team dynamics.
- Conduct ongoing research to stay informed about industry best practices and innovations that can improve project outcomes.
- Undertake ad-hoc tasks and projects as required, demonstrating flexibility and a proactive approach.
