About the Role:
We are seeking a fluent Turkish speaker (B1 level or higher) to join a team as a Customer Service Specialist. In this role, you’ll assist customers and ensure their queries are resolved efficiently in a dynamic 24-hour environment.
Requirements:
- Fluent in Turkish (B1 level or higher).
- Located in or willing to relocate to Cape Town.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Hardworking and adaptable to a 24-hour work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries and complaints.
- Provide accurate information and solutions promptly.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and outcomes.
