SANPUD seeks to appoint a Finance Administrator. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading, managing, and coordinating the daily administration and data capturing. They will work closely with and provide support to the Finance Mentor.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process procurement orders from staff and project leaders.
- Obtain quotes from preferred suppliers when required.
- Assist the financial mentor and executive manager with meeting coordination and general office administrative duties.
- Arrange staff travel and logistical support via the appointed processes.
- Minute taking of company and staff meetings.
- Ensure the office has necessary stationery, IT, and furniture requirements and arrange technicians to service such equipment when required.
- Prepare purchase orders and purchase requests daily.
- Assist the financial mentor with data capturing and filing (including e-filing).
- Assist the financial mentor with HR files and contracts.
- Assist staff with assembling presentations when required.
- Assist with conference coordination, hotel reservations, meeting room confirmation, and booking of transfers.
- Assist the financial team when required with reports, monthly management pack, and funder audits.
