Position Overview:
We are looking for a skilled Civil and Structural Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in both civil and structural engineering, with a strong understanding of design principles and project management. You will play a key role in planning, designing, and executing various infrastructure and building projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and analyze civil and structural systems for diverse projects including roads, bridges, buildings, and utilities.
- Prepare detailed engineering reports, specifications, and construction documents.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project goals are met.
- Conduct site assessments and inspections to ensure compliance with design and safety standards.
- Manage project timelines and budgets, ensuring effective resource allocation.
- Stay current with industry regulations, codes, and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license or the ability to obtain it within (specific time frame).
- 5+ years of experience in civil and structural engineering.
- Proficiency in engineering design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Revit, SAP2000).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
