SENIOR MECHANICAL ENGINEER
Location: East Rand
Salary: R1.25 Million CTC
Qualification: B Engineering
SPECIFIC EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- Knowledge of rotating machinery, industrial gears, and mining equipment (such as conveyors, mills, etc.)
- Experience with industrial gear reducers - manufacturing and site work (servicing and condition monitoring)
- Sound experience at all stages of production of the above-mentioned products
- Product development accountability
- Detail design, manufacturing, installation, and commissioning
- Detail design and 3D modeling of gears, shafts, housings, and other mechanical components
- Generation of BOM's
- Accountability for all reports, quality, resolution of problems, failure investigations, and specifications
- Willing and able to travel (local and international) as required
