Job Title: Senior Finance Manager

Our client is currently seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Finance Manager to join their team in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, excellent leadership capabilities, and a proven track record of managing financial operations effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all financial operations of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Manage cash flow, risk management, and financial planning.
- Lead a team of finance professionals, providing guidance and support in their day-to-day responsibilities.
- Analyze financial data and provide strategic recommendations to senior management.
- Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements and reports.
- Collaborate with other departments to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
- Monitor and evaluate financial performance against budget and recommend corrective actions as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in finance or accounting, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of financial principles, regulations, and best practices.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proven ability to build and manage effective teams.
- Advanced proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
