Our client, a top-tier software partner implementing and supporting Service Management, Operation Management, Risk Management, and Contract Management solutions in South Africa and globally, is looking for a Technical Consultant to join their team.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Co-deliver design thinking workshops with customers and account teams
- Communicate concepts effectively to technical and non-technical audiences
- Transform future state designs into prototypes, refining through customer validation
- Develop prototypes with a focus on reusability
- Synthesize and publish engagement solution stories and artifacts
- Hands-on experience in responsive web development
- Continually self-educate on ITSM and CLM capabilities
- Scope, document, and design solutions based on customer needs
- Provide high-level technical support to customers
- Implement low/no code solutions for ITSM & CSM
- Develop reports & dashboard widgets as needed
- Determine optimal technology solutions for customer needs
- Improve operational efficiency through workflow optimization
- Stay updated with the latest releases and integrations
- Impart best practice knowledge of processes and technology
- Construct or modernize business processes and platforms
Requirements
- Relevant 2+ years within ITSM or CSM industry experience and/or tertiary qualification in information technology or computer science
- Working knowledge of Ivanti is advantageous
- Knowledge of processes and technology according to ITIL methodologies
- ITIL and KCS methodology
- IIS, SQL, MySQL, HTML, Python/Web Services experience is advantageous
- Integration and scripting skills
- Proficiency in other foreign languages would be advantageous
