Our most vital resource is our people. That's why Human Resources is one of our most vital teams: From recruiting to career development for BCGers, and from training and mobility support to staffing (assigning our consultants to client casework), the Human Resources Team plays a decisive role in making BCG not just a company, but a Group in which each individual can be their best.
In your role as a Working Student, you'll provide active support to our annual performance management process team for the preparation and implementation of performance reviews and salary adjustments. In this context, you'll assemble analyses, evaluations, data visualizations, and presentations to serve as a basis for managers' decisions.
Another focus of yours will be to support a wide range of career development tasks. In particular, this will include the planning and execution of career development meetings. You'll prepare the required documents, assist with meeting organization and follow-up, and enter relevant data in Excel databases. In addition, you'll help to compile PowerPoint presentations for different stakeholders and aid with the maintenance and updating of internal communication platforms such as our intranet.
YOU'LL WORK WITH
You'll be part of a highly motivated six-person team responsible for career development. Their collaboration is characterized by respect, acceptance, and mutual trust. You will gain interesting insight into the work of all HR and training areas over their various interfaces. Your manager and colleagues will be there for you during your orientation phase and during day-to-day business.

YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS)
- You're enrolled as a full-time student at an institution of higher learning.
- Ideally, you have some experience in HR.
- Very good MS Office skills (especially in Excel and Word) are a prerequisite.
- Very good command of German and English completes your profile.
