*Clinical Nurse Trainer*
*40 hours per week*
*£50,000 to £55,000 (DOE) plus car allowance (£4,400)*
*Simply UK invites applications for the role of Clinical Nurse Trainer, supporting our nursing homes in our Southern region. The Region has homes throughout the Midlands and Yorkshire.*
You’ll work with Home Managers and Clinical Leads across our homes to maintain and develop a program of Clinical education. You’ll deliver face to face training on the mandatory skills which will include Basic Life Support, Verification of Death, T34 Syringe Drivers, Catheterisation and Venepuncture.
*About you*
You will be a Nurse with a valid and current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council with a full valid UK driving licence.
You will need to have extensive experience supporting clinical teams with their learning and sound knowledge of the subject matter is essential, teaching qualifications is desirable.
You must be able to work autonomously and manage your own diary while maintaining good communications and updates with your line manager. The role involves travelling to the nursing homes and at times staying in over night accommodation.
You must be able to build and maintain good relationships with external stakeholders to ensure collaborative learning and education continues across the business.
Great communications skills and a passion for influencing and engaging your colleagues to provide outstanding care is beneficial. You need to be organised, hard-working, resilient, with attention to detail and a sense of fun. A flexible working pattern is required to meet the needs of the business eg the occasional weekend and evening
