Minimum Qualifications and Requirements:
- Candidate must have a B Eng/BSc Eng in Civil Engineering.
- Candidate must be registered as a Professional Civil Engineer.
- Candidate should have a minimum of 15 years experience in the planning, procurement and administration of municipal services
- Candidate must have a valid drivers license, own vehicle and willing to travel to remote sites.
Responsibilities
- Manage commercial, quality, resourcing, scheduling and technical risk during project lifecycle.
- Experience in professional services tendering and agreements.
- Experience and understanding of statutory approval processes.
- Lead and manage multiple design teams, including a willingness to mentor of junior staff members.
- Work well in a team environment
- Strong communication and people relation management skills.
- Must be a natural leader who is able to motivate and inspire all staff members.
