Minimum requirements: - Diploma/B Tech / Similar tertiary qualification in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering
- +- 10 years within plant maintenance in the manufacturing environment (Knowledge of hydraulic systems and brick manufacturing processes is highly advantageous )
- Proven experience developing and implementing a planned maintenance system
- Solid leadership experience and a proven track record of providing direction, training and mentoring maintenance personnel
