Education: Post-matric Higher Certificate (NQF 5) in a relevant field such as Economics, Finance, Statistics, Business Economics, Banking, or Accounting in the banking environment
Experience: 58 years of hands-on experience in an exchange control environment
As an Associate Financial Analyst , your responsibilities will include:
Application Processing: Analyse, process, and finalise basic applications for approval, ensuring work meets prescribed time and quality standards.
Inspection Planning and Reporting: Assist in planning inspections and compile written reports on findings for approval.
Administrative Support: Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including record-keeping, schedule compilation, and inspection profiles to enhance operational efficiency.
Data Management: Capture data and provide management information to support informed decision-making.
Regulatory Compliance: Perform duties with limited supervision, adhering to established practices, policies, and regulations in your area of expertise.
Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders, demonstrating clear and fluent communication skills.
Project Participation: Contribute to ad hoc projects by compiling information to support policy decisions.
Continuous Learning: Stay updated on changes to exchange control policies, rules, and regulations, and promote adherence to these standards.
Problem-Solving: Diagnose and resolve problems within a defined framework, offering innovative solutions as needed.
