Head Chef - Permanent - Addlestone, England - 36,000 DOE
An Incredible job opportunity that would be perfect for an experienced Head Chef and Executive Chef looking for a better work life balance.
Hours of Work: 7-4.30 (Mon-Thurs) and 7-11 on Friday from home (however Fridays could change - which means we would reduce Mon-Thurs to accommodate this).
Location: Addlestone, England
Salary: 36,000 DOE
Role Responsibilities:
- oversee the day-to-day operations of the kitchen, along with managing the food preparation staff and kitchen staff.
- planning breakfast and lunch for the staff restaurant and on-site hospitality events, menu planning, plus overseeing purchasing.
- ensuring health and safety and strict adherence to food hygiene procedures
The ideal candidate:
- The role will be responsible for leading the team of Sous Chef, 2 x FSA and a barista (who is based in our ground floor caf ).
- Very good previous experience as a Head Chef or Executive Chef
- Experience of overseeing the day-to-day operations of a commercial kitchen
- Experience of planning breakfast and lunches and food for hospitality events
- You must have a recognised food or catering qualification
