In this role, you'll ensure the quality and safety of products during the night shift, managing audits, process checks, and inspections to maintain food safety and GMP compliance. Working with a team of Quality Auditors and Hygiene Operatives, you'll help uphold the company's reputation for high-quality products and gain valuable experience by collaborating with day shift managers.

The Role:
- Audit production for food safety, GMP, and quality compliance.
- Address quality issues and non-conformances quickly.
- Learn best practices from day shift for smooth night shift transitions.
The Person:
- Experience in Food Manufacturing, Pharmaceutical, or Chemicals
- NVQ or degree in a related field
- Quality Inspector/ Auditor background
- Happy working 7pm - 7am 4 nights on 4 night off (6 Months off a year)
- Based in Bishop's Stortford
