Hourly Rate: 11.44 per hour
Contract Type: Temporary on going
Key Requirements:
- MAPA/CPI Certification is required (for managing challenging behaviour and ensuring patient safety).
- Previous experience working in healthcare settings, especially in mental health, learning disabilities, or similar fields, is desirable.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team.
- A genuine passion for providing high-quality care to those in need.
- A proactive and reliable attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care and support to patients in a variety of settings.
- Assist with daily living activities, including feeding, bathing, dressing, and mobility.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of patients, particularly in challenging situations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date care records.
- Work alongside a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best outcomes for patients.
