To manage and provide a comprehensive Human Resources service, which includes Human Resources Administration, Industrial Relations, Employment Equity, Training and Development and Employee Benefits to all the departments at the company site in Wadeville and at Matsopa Minerals Mines. Education : Grade 12 Qualifications : Min 3 year National Diploma / Degree in HR (or equivalent) Experience: Minimum 5 years experience as an HR Generalist (at a middle management level). Manufacturing and unionised environment essential. Procedural and substantive negotiations. Other: Sound knowledge of HR related legislation e.g. BCEA, LRA, EE, etc. Sound knowledge of best practice trends in HR Industrial relations experience Labour disputes, CCMA, Bargaining Council (Disciplinary Hearings / Enquiries). Experience in the mining industry as it relates to Social and Labour Plans (an advantage). Employment Equity Manage and control ensuring compliance with all legislative requirements. Training & Development of Workforce experience & knowledge of SETA grant processes. Submission of WSP, ATR, DG, etc., Recruitment & Selection experience. Basic Payroll understanding accuracy & confidentiality vital. Sound knowledge of Company and Group Policies and procedures. Sound knowledge of Personality Profile Analysis. Ability to work independently, with minimum supervision.
