Company: Redheads Engineering Solutions (Pty) Ltd

Responsibilities

Responsible for projects, from tender award / handover stage through to contract execution, and handover to client
Maintain client relationships
Responsible for completion of all projects including contracts, procurement, engineering, technical and finance
Manage sub-contractors, suppliers and site activities
Monitor and manage the execution of projects
Monitor and manage all financial aspects of the project
Approve supplier invoices for payment
Approval drawings
Ensure compliance with client contract specifications
Project contract management
Manage project cash flow
Complete monthly accruals and project documentation
Maintain the project schedule
Weekly Action Plan meetings to communicate project deliverables and financial requirements
Select sub-contractors and suppliers
Manage the drawings / CADs pertaining to the project
Manage engineering resources, Buyers, stores, workshop, sub-contractor, supplier and site activities
Produce accurate estimates of project financial forecasts
Compile engineering documentation based on Master Document Register (MDR)

Desired Experience & Qualification

B Tech / BSc Civil Engineering / Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering / Chemical Engineering
3 – 5 years project engineering experience
Sound knowledge of commercial / contract terms
Pr Eng: ECSA / Pr CM / CPM (advantageous)
