Our client is seeking a professional with experience in:
- Data Capturing
- Customer relations
- Marketplace management and editing
The ideal candidate will be:
- Detail-oriented
- Highly organized
- Comfortable working with numbers
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer interaction and replies.
- Inventory tracking.
- Invoicing private and wholesale customer orders and tracking customer journey until delivery.
- General data capturing and copy editing.
- Makro Platform: loading products, editing, applying for promotions.
- Takealot Platform: loading products, editing adverts, updating pricing.
- Shopify Platform: loading products, editing, pricing updates.
- Google Sheets: general data capturing and editing information.
- General business quality and information control regarding adverts and websites.
- Any Graphic Design or Canva experience, basic editing of photos, is a bonus.
Exceptional attention to detail and A-type personality organization skills are a non-negotiable requirement.
Salary:
R15,000 - R25,000 per month, depending on experience.
Location:
De Waterkant, Cape Town.
Start Date:
As soon as possible.
Employment Type:
Full-time, permanent position.
