Job Responsibilities
- Strategy Implementation: Execute the CRM strategy to enhance customer engagement, retention, and loyalty.
- Data Management: Collect and analyze customer data from various touchpoints and maintain an accurate and deep customer database to support targeted marketing efforts.
- Campaign Management: Develop and manage email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, testing, execution, and analytics.
- Performance Reporting: Regularly report on CRM activities and outcomes, identifying areas for improvement and recommending strategies to enhance effectiveness.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to ensure CRM strategies align with broader business goals.
UX Responsibilities
- User Research: Conduct user research through surveys, interviews, and usability testing to gather insights on user needs and behaviors.
- Design Support: Assist in designing intuitive and effective user interfaces for websites and mobile apps, focusing on layout, navigation, and graphic design.
- Testing and Feedback: Implement UX tests, analyze user feedback, and make recommendations for improvements.
- Prototyping: Assist in developing wireframes and prototypes based on user needs and business goals.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with web developers and content managers to ensure that UX design specifications are implemented correctly.
Paid Media Responsibilities
- Campaign Management: Strategize & manage paid campaigns across various platforms including Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels with the guidance and support of the online trading manager & digital agency.
- Budget Oversight: Monitor and manage budgets for paid campaigns to ensure cost-effective use of resources while achieving targeted returns on investment.
- Performance Analysis: Regularly analyze and report on the performance of paid campaigns, identifying trends, and making data-driven adjustments to strategies.
Organic Social Responsibilities
- Social Media Implementation: Manage & implement organic social media strategies to grow followers, increase engagement, and enhance brand visibility across platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Content Management: Oversee the creation and scheduling of engaging, brand-aligned content for social media platforms, including posts, stories, and videos.
- Community Management: Monitor social media platforms, engaging with followers, responding to queries, and managing customer service issues to foster a positive community and brand image.
- Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze social media performance, generating reports to provide insights into content engagement, growth metrics, and the effectiveness of strategies.
Qualifications and Experience
- 1-2 year qualification + digital qualification or 3 year relevant qualification.
- At least 2 – 3 years eCommerce experience.
Skills
- High degree of numeracy and analytical, detailed, systematic, and strategic approach to work.
- Computer literacy (MS Office suite and intermediate Excel) and some experience of CMS (Content Management System), POS (Point of Sale) or planning systems.
- Understanding of HTML Codes.
- Strong potential for business acumen and merchant thinking.
- Good organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable with the use of and ability to learn new digital technologies.
- Ability to understand web analytics, tracking, and reporting.
- A resourceful and can-do attitude to all eventualities.
- Good understanding of the digital marketing process (qualification preferred).
