About the Role
As a Software Asset Management Snr Analyst, you will help ensure our software license compliance. With your extensive knowledge of IT software licensing principles and passion for technology, you will lead our team to greater heights while effectively communicating your ideas and solutions.
Responsibilities
- Monitoring and analyzing software license compliance to ensure adherence to company standards.
- Developing and documenting software asset management processes and procedures, including maintaining accurate software inventory records.
- Identifying areas of process improvement and suggesting solutions while researching and evaluating new software licensing options.
- Maintaining current knowledge of software asset management trends and best practices.
- Providing support to internal stakeholders on software asset management related matters.
- Liaising with vendors to ensure licensing agreements are met and monitoring software license compliance alerts.
- Developing and presenting reports and metrics on software license compliance.
Requirements
- BSC in Computer Science or equivalent.
- 3-5 years of experience in a Software Asset Management position.
- Experience with Cloud technologies and an excellent understanding of the software asset management process.
- Exceptional understanding of IT software licensing principles.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Highly organized with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and utilize various Software Asset Management Tools.
