Job Description:

Stock Control: Manage inventory, conduct audits, reorder supplies, and negotiate with suppliers.
Personnel Management: Recruit, train, and supervise staff, create schedules, and resolve conflicts.
Structural Development: Develop and enforce SOPs, ensure compliance with health regulations, and implement process improvements.
Customer Service: Maintain high service standards, handle feedback, and create a welcoming atmosphere.

Qualifications:

Experience in food and beverage management.
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Knowledge of inventory and personnel management, and health and safety regulations.
