Responsibilities:
- Manage client inquiries 24/7 via live chat, support emails, and contact forms on our Customer Support Portal.
- Provide prompt and personalized responses, handling escalations with empathy and efficiency to ensure swift resolutions and customer satisfaction.
- Follow established escalation protocols, working closely with the Support Team Manager to resolve complex issues.
- Build stronger relationships with clients by proactively engaging with them and gathering feedback.
- Offer additional support during the absence of Customer Success Managers.
Desired Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or administrative roles, ideally in a B2B environment.
- 1–2 years of experience as a Virtual Assistant is required.
- Strong background in customer service is essential.
- Subject matter expertise in customer/client support.
- Familiarity with eCommerce tools/software such as LiveChat, Gorgias, Shopify, Zendesk, Re:Amaze, or Freshdesk (preferred).
