Minimum Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years Business Development Management experience, specifically within the Aftermarket Parts Industry.
- Must have a Degree in Business or related field.
- Strong understanding of the Automotive Parts Industry, including competitors and market trends.
- Exceptional analytical and research skills, with the ability to identify and capitalize on opportunities.
- Proven negotiation skills and ability to solve complex problems under pressure.
- Extensively required to travel outside of South Africa.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with proficiency in presenting to diverse audiences.
- Be able to manage strategic relationships.
- Must have a strong Reporting and Administration capability.
- Must have contactable references.
- Must be able to provide payslips on request.
Salary structure: Annual CTC of up to R 1Mil, negotiable based on experience (Only suitable candidates will be shortlisted and contacted within 14 days).
