Our client is looking for an experienced engineering technician to join their company.
Job Requirements
- Minimum work experience: 5 years experience in the production plant
- Qualifications: N3 to N5 Fitter and Turner
- Apprenticeship: Must have completed a recognised apprenticeship
- Shift work: Able to work shifts
- Availability: Able to start immediately
Job Duties
- Performed skilled mechanical maintenance and repairs
- Execution of planned maintenance schedules
- Reduce shift downtime and improve change over time to meet production targets
- Troubleshoot problems to improve OEE
- Practice and Implement good workmanship and housekeeping of work area, parts and equipment
- Report any non-compliance issues to the supervisor immediately
- Safety of mechanical installations
- Execute of PPM, GMP, and Safety
- Meet daily production targets
- Breakdown repairs within the target time
- Meet OEE Targets
- Continuous improvements
- Shift work: One weekday shift and one weeknight shift
