Global concern is seeking an Office Administration Officer to involve a wide range of support activities inside their administration department, from supporting with making travel & transport arrangements for staff & guests coming to the Company, to attending to reception activities and managing
& ordering of stationery & groceries for the office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing reception duties and guest coordination
- Coordinating travel arrangements for staff and international visitors
- Maintaining office supplies inventory and placing orders
- Liaising with service providers and vendors
- Managing office equipment maintenance
- Document and records management
- Providing administrative support to management
- Assisting with company event organization
Requirements: - Appropriate Diploma or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 3 years of Administrative Assistant experience within a professional corporate concern.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Professional demeanor and ability to maintain confidentiality
