Key Outputs
- Produce BA artefacts, when required.
- Create use cases, flow/context diagrams, as well as Business Case and Requirement analysis documentation for projects and changes allocated.
- Document business processes, functional and non-functional requirements (if applicable).
- Stakeholder management – liaison with key business-unit representatives to review system requirements and verify that solutions are implemented according to requirements; customers; service providers; industry representatives; and external product suppliers.
- Manage analysis sessions to ensure appropriate input and subsequent sign-off of BA deliverables.
- Co-ordinate UAT testing with business and external vendors.
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement and innovation through developing a hands-on understanding of Business Unit and Functional Department needs and requirements.
Qualification, Experience and Competencies
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or B Tech in Information Technology.
- Project Management.
- Communication skills.
- Relationship building.
- Planning and organising.
- Excellent report writing skills.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Self-motivated and taking the initiative with minimal prompting.
- Previous experience as a Business Analyst or process engineer.
- 5 Years experience.
