Purpose of Position: Responsible for designing and implementing remuneration, benefits, and rewards solutions. Ensuring that Ampath maintains a competitive, fair, and equitable remuneration and reward system that aligns with the organisation's strategic objectives. Provide expert guidance on remuneration strategies, analyse market trends, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree, equivalent to NQF level 7 in Human Resources, Business Management, or related field (Required)
- SARA affiliation and GRP Certification will be advantageous (Required)
Required Experience:
- Experience in Remuneration and general HR
- Experience with financial analysis and reporting
- Knowledge of Basic Conditions of Employment Act (BCEA)
- Knowledge of Employment Equity Act (EEA)
- Knowledge of Global Remuneration Procedures
- Knowledge of Google and Google Mail
- Knowledge of Labour Relations Act (LRA)
- Knowledge of MS Excel
- Knowledge of MS PowerPoint
- Knowledge of MS Word
- Knowledge of Payroll practices and systems
- Knowledge of Salary survey systems
- Knowledge of tax rules
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the management of the salary and remuneration processes to ensure achievement of Ampath objectives
- Conduct salary surveys, examine predictions for market changes in salary ranges, interpret salary data and perform analysis according to Market Data
- Maintain good client relations to promote the image of Ampath
- Manage the HRIS budget in order to control expenses and ensure correct allocation of funds
- Manage the HRIS department to ensure departmental goals are met
- Perform administration tasks in order to ensure effective administration systems in the laboratory
- Perform general administrative tasks to ensure effective administration of information and processes in order to provide a quality service
