Oversee daily tyre maintenance operations for fleet vehicles and heavy machinery.
Manage a team of tyre fitters, ensuring efficiency and adherence to safety protocols.
Schedule and prioritize workload to meet tight deadlines for tyre fitments andmaintenance.
Conduct training sessions for technicians on the best practices and safety measures.
Perform quality control inspections of completed Tyre fitments and maintenance tasks.
Liaise with clients and management to address any service-related issues or requirements.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inventory, and technicianperformance.
Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations in the workplace.
Monitor stock levels of tyre and maintenance supplies, ordering as necessary.
Develop and implement strategies for improving operational efficiency and teamperformance.
